Mr. A.M. Sharath Chandra, is a post graduate in Construction Engineering and Management, from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. A practicing architect for the past 18 years, Mr. Sharath Chandra has more than 150 projects in residential, institutional and industrial designing to his credit. He was also an Associate in the Institute of Housing studies, Netherlands and HSMI (HUDCO Research Wing).





Mr. T. Phani Mahesh, is a medical student with distinction, his passion towards business made him discontinue his studies and was an entrepreneur at an early age of 20. He is to the core, A Finance and Marketing person managing a myriad of projects. He has been in the Industry for more than two decades now. He has rich experience in land acquisition, conversion and legal formalities. Also, he has excellent contacts both in India and abroad.
